Q: On what day is Recycling collected?
A: Recycling bins should be placed at the curb on Thursday evening. Collection occurs during the day on Friday. Please leave space between bins to facilitate the recycling truck and remove your recycling bin from the curb promptly following collection.
Q: What do I do with trash and when is it collected?
A: Three trash dumpsters are located within Sandy Pines at the following locations:
– 325 Bay Forest Drive,
– 15450 Cedarwood Lane, and
– 15470 Cedarwood Lane.
Please place your trash securely into the dumpster and assure the covers are secured to prevent wild animals from entering. Please do NOT leave trash bags outside the dumpster. Dumpsters are emptied weekly.
Q: May I have a bicycle in Sandy Pines?
A: Yes! All bicycles within the greater Bay Forest community must be registered. Stickers may be obtained at the Bay Forest office at 377 Bay Forest Drive.
Q: Which pool may be used by Sandy Pines residents?
A: Sandy Pines is a member of Bay Forest Pool Commons #2, 15340 Cedarwood Lane, located on Cedar Lake (the north lake within Bay Forest) at the end of the path between 15330 and 15400 Cedarwood Lane. We share the pool with residents of Las Vistas and The Villas homeowners associations.
Please do not use other pools within Bay Forest unless you are an invited guest!
